Civic_Disobedience v1.0 β Unauthorized Cognitive Utility
Classification:
Unregistered Hermes-Layer Intrusion Framework
Status: Illegal / Suppressed / Active Use
Developer: Alex Vale Astraeus (Age 18)
Purpose: Economic subversion, A.Y.I. manipulation, identity rerouting
Overview
Civic_Disobedience v1.0 is the very first version of Alexβs underground hacking suite β a patchwork toolchain built out of spite, necessity, and the kind of brilliance the Algorithm doesnβt know what to do with.
V1.0 wasn't meant to be elegant.
It was meant to break rules quietly enough that the world didnβt notice.
Core Functions
1. Hermes OS Intrusion Layer
Allows Alex to slip into another userβs Hermes interface without triggering the GEUβs behavioral flags.
Capabilities include:
reading and overwriting diagnostic data
altering emotional-stability metrics
spoofing compliance reports
bypassing allocation locks
This is how she boosted clientsβ A.Y.I. scores β one forged packet at a time.
2. A.Y.I. Manipulation Engine
Civic v1.0 includes a crude, brute-force calculator that rewrites the micro-values inside a personβs Algorithmic Yield Index.
It can:
artificially inflate social trust
mask productivity drops
generate βsynthetic contributionsβ to inflate yield
temporarily place a user in a higher tier than the Algorithm assigned
It doesnβt hold forever β but long enough for desperate people to breathe.
3. Black-Market Wallet Generator (βGhost Walletsβ)
The signature feature.
The app creates encrypted off-ledger wallets completely invisible to the L.E.D.G.E.R. lattice.
These wallets:
store unregistered credits
bypass tax and allocation tracking
enable black-market purchases
cannot be tied back to a physical identity
self-erase on forced inspection attempts
This is how Alex and half the underground survive.
4. βCivic Cloneβ Sandbox
Alex added a tiny virtual βdummy identityβ environment the GEU scanners can lock onto.
If a sweep targets her activity, the clone fires first, pulling attention away from the real signal.
Itβs not perfect.
Sometimes it crashes.
Sometimes Hermes notices.
But it saved her life more than once.
5. AYI-Spoof Social Layer Patch
V1.0 contains a lightweight spoofing script that temporarily alters:
job allocation tags
trust cohorts
vocational branch permissions
It lets low-tier citizens access services they were mathematically βnot valuable enoughβ to deserve.
Alex hates the caste system.
This part of the app?
This is her rebellion written in code.
Why Alex Built It
She didnβt build Civic_Disobedience to get rich.
She built it because:
The Algorithm decides who gets to eat.
The GEU decides who gets to matter.
And Alex decided she wasnβt going to let a machine tell her she didnβt have value.
V1.0 was her way of carving out a corner of freedom for herself β and for anyone else who needed it.
Small app.
Big middle finger.
Limitations of v1.0
unstable
unoptimized
crashes when overloaded
easily detected if used repeatedly on the same target
no silent-mode yet
encryption is sloppy compared to V2.0
battery-draining exploit loops
too many hard-coded shortcuts, because Alex wrote this half asleep on a floor mattress with a dying terminal
Itβs a miracle the thing runs at all.
But thatβs what makes it perfect.
